Today, I Fell in Love

Auto Date Sunday, November 8th, 2009

Your beautiful eyes never fail to captivate me. Every time you flap those sweet eyelashes of yours, I can’t help but just look back in awe. And your warm and oh so tender touch, brings warmth to my heart.

Yes, you did it again, every time I see you, I fall in love, again, and again, and again, and again.

And it all began when you smiled at me, and then drooled on my arms.

Today, I fell in love. I fell in love with one of the most beautiful babies in the CRIBS’s Receiving Home. She’s on of the youngest, just four months old and still too precious and fragile, yet she is capable of making my heart tender.

As I said earlier, in CRIBS, falling in love happens, again, and again, and again. Every time I visit the foundation, I always find a reason to fall in love all over again with these children.

It’s because every visit always brings a new experience. May it be a new child brought to the institution, a baby’s first tooth, a crawler taking its first step, a toddler’s first word, or even just new volunteers coming by, it is assured that every time you pass by CRIBS, there would always be new things to experience and discover.

But I know that this one thing is for certain here in CRIBS: you will fall in love.

I assure you, one visit would be enough to leave a mark on your heart.

Just one visit would be enough to make you fall in love.

Fall in love. Come by and volunteer. :)

Volunteer for CRIBS! Visiting hours are either 9-11 in the morning 2-4 in the afternoon, everyday. Call them up at 6815921 or 6818078 to notify them if you would be passing by. Guidelines for volunteering can be found here: http://cribsfoundation.org/blog/?p=6

If you can’t physically visit the foundation, you can still help through donations. See here how to: http://www.cribsfoundation.org/howtohelp.html
